  • The course has not been completed or certificate has not been issued

1.2 Non-Refundable Items

The following are NOT eligible for refunds:

  • Courses where a completion certificate has been issued
  • Courses purchased more than 7 days ago
  • 1-Day workshops after the workshop has been conducted
  • Promotional or discounted courses explicitly marked as "non-refundable"
  • Group or corporate training packages (subject to separate agreement)

2. Service Refunds

2.1 AI Services and Consulting

For custom AI services, automation, and consulting projects:

  • Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis
  • Initial consultation fees are non-refundable
  • Refund eligibility depends on project stage and deliverables completed
  • Specific terms will be outlined in the service agreement

2.2 Chatbot Development and AI Agent Services

  • 50% refund if project is cancelled before development begins
  • No refund once development work has commenced
  • Revisions as per agreed scope are included; additional work is chargeable

3. Refund Process

3.1 How to Request a Refund

    • Full name and email used for registration
    • Order/Transaction ID
    • Course name
    • Reason for refund (optional but appreciated)
  3. Submit within 7 days of purchase date

3.2 Refund Processing Time

  • Refund requests are reviewed within 2-3 business days
  • Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Bank processing may take an additional 5-10 business days

3.3 Refund Confirmation

Once your refund is approved, you will receive:

  • Refund transaction ID
  • Expected credit date

4. Course-Specific Refund Terms

4.1 One-Day Workshops (₹199)

  • Before Workshop: Full refund if cancelled 24 hours before start time
  • After Workshop: No refunds once the workshop has been conducted
  • No-Show: No refund for non-attendance without prior notice

4.2 Medium-Duration Courses (6-8 Weeks, ₹3,999-₹4,999)

  • Within 7 days: Full refund if less than 25% content accessed
  • After Week 1: Pro-rated refund may be considered based on content consumed
  • After Week 2: No refunds

4.3 Advanced Courses (12 Weeks, ₹9,999)

  • Within 7 days: Full refund if less than 2 sessions attended
  • After 7 days: No refunds due to intensive nature and resources provided
  • Exception: Medical emergencies considered with documentation

4.4 Master Architect Program (24 Weeks, ₹49,999)

  • Within 14 days: Full refund if less than 10% content accessed
  • After 14 days: No refunds
  • Special Consideration: Pause/defer option available once for up to 3 months

5. Special Circumstances

5.1 Technical Issues

If you experience technical issues preventing course access:

  • Contact support immediately at info@alphaedgex.com
  • Allow 48 hours for technical resolution
  • Refund or course extension may be offered if issue persists
  • No refund if issue is due to user's system/internet requirements not being met

5.2 Medical/Emergency Situations

  • Medical emergencies may qualify for refunds beyond the 7-day period
  • Valid documentation (medical certificate) required
  • Alternative: Course transfer to future batch at no additional cost

5.3 Course Cancellation by AlphaEdge

  • If we cancel a course, full refund is provided automatically
  • Alternative: Credit toward any other course of equal or lesser value
  • Notification sent via email within 48 hours of cancellation

6. Partial Refunds

In certain circumstances, partial refunds may be offered:

  • Course quality issues that cannot be immediately resolved
  • Significant deviation from course description
  • Instructor-related issues affecting course delivery

Partial refund amounts are determined on a case-by-case basis at AlphaEdge's discretion.

7. Refund Denials

Refunds will be denied if:

  • Request is made after the eligible refund period
  • Course completion certificate has been issued
  • More than 25% of course content has been accessed
  • Evidence of content downloading/screen recording
  • Violation of Terms of Service
  • Chargeback has been initiated without contacting us first

8. Chargebacks

Important: Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank.

  • Chargebacks without prior communication may result in account suspension
  • We will work with you to resolve any payment disputes
  • Chargebacks may incur administrative fees

9. Non-Monetary Alternatives

Instead of a refund, we may offer:

  • Course Transfer: Switch to another course of equal or lesser value
  • Batch Deferral: Move to the next available batch
  • Course Extension: Extended access period
  • Credit: Account credit for future purchases
